Usage:
- Download the zip file from the link below, unzip it and run the Installer contained in the Zip.
- You can accept the defaults to almost everything Except when it asks you for your specific
Summation Cases directory and place to hold your processed images. Please don't leave these blank,
since the program wont function without them.
- First export your Bates List file from Summation.
- Either run a search or select the records you want Produced.
- In Summation's Export Setup, make sure it's set to Comma Separated and Un-check Column Headings.
- You can include as many columns in this export as you wish but make sure that the image key is the first one. (DocId, BegDoc,etc.)
- Now create an export file from your ImgInfoTable
with only the following fields Imgtag,Defdir,Imgfiles.(very important)
These should be comma separated and contain no
column headings. This can be set in Export Setup
in Summation.
- Next launch Nino's Summation Extension and select "New Project".
- It will ask you for a Project name. This can be anything you wish.
- Next it will ask you for the Bates List file you created above.
- Finally it will ask you for the ImgInfo export you created.
- Depending on the size of the exports it will take a moment while it translates them.
- Now that the project has been translated, the next step is to "Get Project Scope". This option
is available under the tools menu. This process will count the images and prepare the work log
for final processing.
- Finally click on "Process Files", this is also under the tools menu. This will copy all of the
images to the Images Processed directory, preserving the Summation file structure.
All bugs and comments should go to the email
address on the about tab.
